  An absolutely fantastic set of guys here! I had my spirit crushed a few weeks ago when I went to view a car at another garage and it was a disaster so when coming here I was very on edge but it is one of the best car sales garages I have ever been to! All the staff here are friendly and welcoming, they leave you to look around the cars and are very trusting. I took a car for a test drive and felt no pressure from anyone to buy it, however I did end up buying the car and it is of amazing condition, the process was easy and they’re so relaxed but professional at the same time the offer of tea and coffee was always there by all staff whilst I waited. I’m so happy with the customer service I have gotten that even my family and friends have asked for their website and details for their next cars!

  I have been buying cars off Matt and Daniel for over 25 years and have never had a bad one. I have just bought a new one off them and we are so impressed with it. The lads always give you first class customer service with unbiased advice and have a wide range of experience and knowledge which they are happy to spend time and give you. I have recommended their services to friends and family which have also purchased off them I would have no hesitation in recommending Richmond car sales to anyone. First class friendly, polite, helpful and unbiased service which puts you at ease making your purchase and after sales.

  Wonderful dealership! Fast, friendly and professional. The team had a wealth of knowledge in their field which was shown by arranging my first ever finance package in minimal time with no fuss whatsoever. Leading up to the purchase day the team were very approachable and able to answer any queries put forward by myself. On arrival the car was beautifully presented with the entire process being quick and painless! I would recommend this dealership to anyone.
